Accessibility statement

We audit websites for accessibility. This page is honest about where the Webvigor site itself stands.

The standard we aim for

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every public page, the audit-buying flow, and the customer portal. We use the same engine that powers our audits to monitor ourselves. Findings get fixed in the normal release flow.

Known gaps

No site is fully compliant all of the time. When we ship a fix, we sometimes regress something else. If you find an accessibility issue, please email hello@webvigor.co.uk with the page, the assistive technology you were using, and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and to ship a fix within 14 days for blocking issues.

What we test

  • Automated axe-core checks on every push via CI.
  • Manual keyboard navigation review on each public page.
  • Screen-reader walkthrough (VoiceOver / NVDA) on intake forms before release.
  • Reduced-motion fallback on every animation.
  • Colour-contrast targets met on every interactive surface.

If you need an alternative format

Audit reports ship as accessible PDFs. If you need a specific reading order, a screen-reader-friendly alternative, or an HTML version of any deliverable, email us and we'll send it within two working days.
